Case Study: A recent sale in the Brix building, 3700 block of main. 

My “talking signs” attract attention and provide ALL the information a buyer needs. 

Recently I got a listing in "the brix" a building in Vancouver on Main street.

There were already 3 existing listings at $589,000/$588,000/$585,000 in the building that had been there for several weeks.

I listed mine at $579,000, with the talking sign, got competing offers after the first open, and sold for $10,000 more than asking. 

That was last weekend. 

My clients said, no questions that traffic was constant because of the sign and interest was high because of the hype.
