We have done this largely by developing a simple idea.

We created a series of "hyper local" community focused websites that help engage people and get them talking.

As a lead generator, it's been a very powerful tool.

- Community members engage with it as it's free
- Advertising on the site is minimized, favoring a section sponsorship model
- By offering free listings in our directory, we are able to up sell featured advertising, cost per acquisition and additional web services to local businesses.
- Local real estate information is a traffic magnet driving a high volume of repeat visitors
- Our agreement with the local real estate board allows us to have a copy of all the local real estate listings data which we can sort by community.
- Through our relationships within the real estate industry we are paid up to 25% of the agents commission on leads we generate off our websites.

Those commissions can total thousands of dollars and it only takes a few of them per month to make the websites very profitable.

Add to that the additional business opportunities that are opened up through advertising other local businesses and providing related web marketing services, we are able to significantly expand upon that real estate base with multiple other sources of revenue.
